Kernel panics happen for any number of reasons, you're going to have to be way more specific than that.

A kernel panic is a complete system failure. What message is being printed to the screen when your system crashes?

Also have you changed anything recently? Or is this a fresh install with a kernel panic?

It'll also help to know which distribution your using as this might be a more widespread problem with your distro.
