Help on GPRS connection via USB cable Motorola c380 Fedora 3

I've recently installed Fedora core 3 on my Toshiba Tecra Laptop. Usually I connect internet using GPRS Motorola c 380 handphone, with usb cable but with my other operating system (whis is WinXp) and works fine.
I've been looking around on how to connect internet via Motorola c380 hand phone with Fedora core 3 operating system.
I found this article that is seems what I've been looking for. But unfortunately it's in Russian and I was unable to translate it.
Can anybody give me a brief tutorial on how to connect my computer with USB cable via built in modem (GPRS) motorola c380, or somebody could translate that article?
