hi :) I am really new to this

I am trying to download a file from a url that is in this format
Code: [ Select ]
http://www.somewebsite.com/file.cvs.asp ... serID=0000

but there seems to be a problem because of the & in the url, I've tried with curl and wget and cant get either to work , what option(s) would I use on either one of those for getting the file.cvs ?

thanks :)

I don't understand why you would need to escape any characters in the URL. Quoting the URL should cause it to be treated as a string-literal anyways.
