how configure VNC server fedora 9

i am beginner of fedora i have installed vncserver on fedora9 and add the port 5900 from firewall and enable remote desktop allow other view to desktop option.and if there is any configuration is there i do'nt know. after i was install vnc viewer feodra 7. and i was access from fedora 7 to fedora 9. i came "unable to connect to host: Connection refused (111)" please help i want configure vnc serve step by step.
