After the installation of Fedora, By default , I just have only one account ROOT. But now , I want to create some common users and groups to experimentalize. I wanna know the detailed usage and need some examples.

If your using the Gnome GUI, go to Applications - System Settings - Users and Groups. Once you in there it couldn't be easier :)
