how to run apache for myserver.com/~user ?

ok...

i have tried this

a2enmod userdir
chmod 755 public_html
  1. a2enmod userdir
  2. chmod 755 public_html



but it doesnt tham work :(

mmm.... it looks like thats not so uptodate...

my apache conf file is not in that location... i will check where it is.

yea, the file locations may be different but it should still be a similar process..

the httpd.conf file has been in a dif. location in pretty much every distro i've used
