I cant get ubuntu wireles to keep a stable connection.

Is it possible to use windows ICS on a internet enabled windows computer to works as a medium between the router and the linux PC to allow my linux computer internet access?

Heres how i want it but it wont happen:

~ Wireless Connection
= Wired Connection

Router ~ Linux PC

Heres how i might over come this issue:

Router ~ Windows PC = Linux PC

Think it will work?

It's always easier to connect all PCs to the router and not go through another.

How far from the router is Ubuntu? Why can't you wire both?
