It's still Samba... You can sync your login from Linux with the AD on the DC. Samba is pretty powerful.

Or, even the other way around... I use Samba running as a PDC authenticating the Windows boxes on my network.

I need to share file between linux red hat 9.0 and window 2003 server. I have cvs running on linux and want to back up all the data during after hours. Do anyone know how to share that files between both Linux and Windows

it has been discussed multiple times search for mount shared folder, also you might have samba installed so you only have to enable it and mount the new drive and make sure your folder is enabled(Windows)

Yes, use Samba and the LDAP module. Then you have to tweak CVS to use an external auth mechanism. Or, just sync thier Linux username with thier Windows username. Seriously man, Samba is the one thing you need to learn when dealing with Linux/Windows mixed networks.
