If you're running RHEL, you should be able to get support from them. At any rate, more information is needed.

Is this on a laptop?

Are either of these cards wireless?

Are either of these cards built into the motherboard?

Are both cards listed in the HCL here: http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl/index.php/cat/10

Do you need to have both cards working?

Do you have a link light on both the cards and your router/switch/hub/whatever you plug in to?

As root:

What does the following show?
Code: [ Select ]
# /sbin/ifconfig

What does the following show?
Code: [ Select ]
# /sbin/route

What does the following show
Code: [ Select ]
# dmesg | grep eth

What does the following show?
Code: [ Select ]
# dmesg | grep 8139

What does the following show?
Code: [ Select ]
# dmesg | grep 9102

The Realtek card should work just fine, but I wouldn't know about the Davicom card (never used them to my knowledge). You might try disabling the Davicom card (or taking it out).
