Post 3+ Months Ago

Hello for some time now i have been trying to get my Linksys 54g wireless card working with any flavor of linux. I currently run Slackware 9.1 and found just the other day the NDISWRAPPER API script that strips the windows .inf file for the card to make it work with linux. So to make a long story short i have it working now very good i might add better than that Crap Bill Gates has made billions off of. The only problem now is that i am trying to make a startup script for it.

this is what i am having to do every boot.
after logging in
modprobe ndiswrapper
that finds and loads the driver then i have to tell it to get a dhcp address
dhcpcd wlan0
then after all that i have to tell it to basiclly turn on the card
ifconfig wlan0 up

i am perfect after that it is just a pain in the butt to have to do this every reboot

Please help

i am stressing over this now
