Need help extracting .tar.bz2

i have a file that has the extention .tar.bz2 and the regular tar -zxvf wont cut it. Is there a different program I need to install and if so where do I get it from.

You need bzip2 installed. Then you can do 'tar xjvf archive.tar.bz2'.

yeah I managed to find it last night and I also managed to install it without any instruction...im getting pretty good at this stuff :)
