hi i have a pc and its called i.t works

and i run windows xp on it
and i want to install SuSE Personal 9.1 Linux
And i got it on cd , and i need to boot it from cd
so i go into the bios and it says firs boot up or w/e and its set to cd rom

but it still does a normal windows boot up
even tho it is set to CDROM

wot do i do?

Is the live disk burnt properly?
What i mean is, is the CD burnt as an image, or did you just copt the .iso file onto disk?

also - do you see it check if the cd rom is bootable? like usually mine will go through the rom drives, check my floppy and then go to the hard drive.
where did you get the disk? did you burn it yourself or did you get it from some place like osdisc.com?
if you burned it yourself make sure you burned it as a disk image and not a data cd. a good program for burning iso's is alcohol 120%, and they do have a free trial.
