open /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and look for a line that says
DocumentRoot "/some/path"
Make that read:
DocumentRoot "/var/www/html"

Since the previous post handled the index page, I'll take care of the inbound ftp.
Is an ftp server running??
Redhat 7 is still running wu-ftpd.
First wu-ftp has a host of security issues. While nothing is perfect, I would suggest installing vs-ftpd. It's easy to install and configure. It also has a way to "jail" an ftp user to thier home directory. This way someone can't D/L or U/L a file where you don't want it.
I should also state for correctness that wu-ftpd could also "jail" a user.
But vs-ftp is better.
