hello people,

i am new to linux and i am very much interested in Red Hat i want to do RHCE, and i know i can fine loads of certification guides, but my main concern is where can i get the most comprehensive literature on the subject on red hat linux (not the certification books), something next to bible. i have 10 months to prepare for it and with you pros on the subject i can get a good start, i will be anxious for your answer. :?: :)

The study guides help you pass, but they don't necessarily help you understand. Install, re-install, tinker, break, fix, discussion forums and books books books!

Amazon book review should help you decided which books are best suited for you. I found O'Reilly and Sams were very good at explaining concepts, rather than substituting for man pages (UNIX manual pages).
