I would like to make it so that Apache is not case sensitive. Is this possible? Also, I use webmin, so it would be nice if you could tell me how to do it through there.

About the only way to make Apache case-insensitive is to run it on a Windows box :)

It is not Apache that is case sensitive, it is the Linux/Unix/BSD operating system itself.

There is no way to make it case insensitive because as far as Linux is concerned...

file.txt
FILE.TXT
File.Txt

are three completely different files. In Windows, attempting to save as one filename would ask if you wish to overwrite the others.
