RH8.0 driver for 3com 3C920B-EMB IntegratedFastEthernetCtrlr

Hi,
I am new to linux. I have installed redhat8.0(kernel 2.4.18-) on my system. processor is AMD athlon. System is HP d325 model. I am not able to connect to internet. Because My network Controller is not detected. My NIC card is 3com 3C920B-EMB Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller. I am unable to find the suitable driver for it. I have to work on RH8.0 only. RH9.0 is able to detect it and working properly. On windows also card is working properly.
Could any one tell me where to download the driver required for the above specified card. If any one has the information or links please respond quickly.
Hoping to get some help from you.
