OK. I'm making a MUD with a few friends of mine and i'll be running it off my soon-to-be-existent Linux box. I'll be running Fedora Core 2 with a GUI and the like. The MUD is based on CircleMUD but what I need to know is how I can run a Telnet server which is running the MUD so that the MUD can be accessed through the Internet. I have no idea how to do this and i'm new to Linux. Another thing :D. On my current website i'm using a freind's server to host my pages etc. i'd prefer to use my own so if anyone could tell me how to do that i'd be very grateful as well. I have not installed Fedora yet.

EDIT: I know this may not be the right place to post this but as it includes a bit of Linux I posted it here anyway. I won't spam the hosting forum with it but if it has to be moved, go ahead.
