security/passwd deny me.

Hi,
I am root user of red hat linux but many software do not permission to edit or use. The sudoedit also deny me. How can i configur the linux so that i can use everything .

Please,please help me.

I always like to work as root too, but I don't have any problems like this. Could you give a very specific, detailed example of what you mean.
