Spoof Http_headers

I remember a program that did this in windows [url=Proxomitron]http://www.proxomitron.info/[/url]
but I have yet to find a program for linux that allows you to change your http_headers before sending them to a website, any help would be appreciated

P.S. I am spefically looking for something to spoof HTTP_REFERER

The firefox HTTP Live Headers plugin will do that.

The extesion allows me the veiw the HTTP_headers but not change them (near as I can find). Is there any kind of help documentation or the like for the program.

if you select the header you want from the main window, then click replay, it should come up with another window where you can edit the headers and reload the page by clicking replay in the new window.

That works from a web developer point of view, but ideally I want something that always spoofs my HTTP_REFER (basically, I want any page I go to to think it is the refer)

Ahh i see what you mean, I'd like that too lol.
There should be a firefox extension that does that, I'd be surprised if someone somewhere hasn't written one.
