Try typing command.com

that sounds to me as though your slackware installation has gone wrong and windows is damaged, reinstall if it fails again try a different distro, slackware isn't one for beginners.

You are missing one or more of your boot files, mainly COMMAND.COM

Boot from a Windows 98 floppy boot disk and type "SYS A:\ C:" to correct it.
