FreeBSD is NOT a linux distro. It is, for all intent and purpose, a true BSD Unix build.

Obviously, the same goes for OpenBSD, NetBSD, Trusted BSD, etc.

Cheers.

hehe, take it easy, thats how it starts.

in one year time it will be the opposite, you will be using redhat and have xp as an extra OS in ur hard drive or may not.

but u should encourage ur self using redhat.

Currently I am running Mandrake 9.2 . But I don't know that I would call it my favorite, as much as I would say that it's the only real experience that I've had with Linux so far.
