where can I download C compiler?

when I install apache on redhat 8, it failed, because I didn't install c compiler on redhat.

there is no any compiler on my OS, where can I download it, so I can install apache2.

Well you can either put back in your installation CD and add simply add the compiler packages and stuff you are missing by booting with the CD and adding the packages. If you can do that, I recommend that.
