So I just downloaded WineCVS.sh from linux-gamers.net and it doesn't seem to install on my computer. When it tries to make, it gives me a bunch of errors which include

Code: [ Select ]
#error Unknown CPU architecture

I'm running 64 bit Fedora Core 4 with the compatability libraries.
It doesn't matter which version of wine/codega I try to install, if I try to compile it, I get this error. Am I missing a necessary compatibility package? (I know I couldn't get th 64 bit verion of unreal tournament to run either, and I had to install it as linux32)

I've been able to get a .rpm version of of wine working with linux32 though. I just need Codega because of the directx.

Let me know if ya have any ideas...

FYI, there is a new profile on WineCVS called dx9wine. It works with 64 bit linux, and it has direct X support.

have you tried downloading the src rpm from winehq ?
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wine ... m?download

you could also try having yum install it for you.
