wine failed!

i installed wine source code downloaded from sourceforge.net.
with
./configure
make depend
make
make install
commands
... but im getting following errors when i try to use it e.g.

can anyone please tell me what could be the possible problem.

don't run wine as root.
what happens when you try as your regular user?
