I have a broadband connection that works wonderfully for uploading my clients site to the server; but leaves me clueless as to how dial-up users view my site. How would I test a site under the conditions of a 28k or 56k modem without having to hook one up? Is there a special program or perhaps a dreamweaver plug-in?

Why don't you just ask someone here who is on dialup to test the site?

mostly production time, it takes a minute for someone to reply and I can't see the results for myself. Makes it a little hard to gauge everything I want to look at on loading time.
