LATimes, Ozzu, and a myriad of other sites are showing up in italics. Other sites, like google, are displaying a weird fluffy script font. I recently installed fontcase and stupidly deactivated my fonts so I could search through them a bit easier. I'm pretty sure this is the issue. Anyone know where theres a list of all the default fonts installed on a mac?

Yuk, that font would drive me crazy for all of the text on web pages. Did you ever find a solution for this?

Yeah, apparently there were fonts I had installed with the same name as some of the default mac fonts and my OS was looking at the wrong ones. I just got my mac so I didn't know about a super simple solution. Font book (default font manager for mac) has a handy little "Fix problems" option for such an issue. I just selected the fonts that were duplicates, which fontbook indicated by putting an exclamation mark next to, right clicked on them, and clicked on "fix problems". Everythings back to normal now. :)

Oh good, glad you found a resolution, that might help someone else down the road too.
