IE and Firefox compatibility issues

I'm making a website with dreamweaver and I'm having a lot of issues.
I was wondering if anyone could be nice enough to help me through it.
Problems: wwwdotyjgold168dotcom

1. Some images appear on IE and not on Firefox
2. The hyperlinks work in firefox but not IE
3. The flash videos work in IE but not Firefox
4. I need to get rid of this advertisement bar which i forgot how
