I'd maybe center the text first off ... maybe in a 980px or 760px region in the middle ... and then those clouds that consist of three parts/balls, is there a way to make them look like one thing instead of three on top of each other ... (obviously I don't know exactly how you did this so I don't know how possible it is) ... Maybe also I'd use another font ...

I must admit, I am not usually a fan of animated headers, but this one is very soothing and I quite enjoy it actually ...

I bet if I reduce the contrast of the outline and dropshadow I'm using on the cloud-nuggets, the multi-nugget clouds would blend together a little better.

I dig that. Like r_t said, very soothing.

The "Site Title" text being white is hard to read when a cloud passes beneath it. Ooo! Wouldn't it be cool if the clouds passed over the text? I think it would add to the illusion, personally.

Just something to consider; IMO, it tends to be easier for reading when the block level elements line up vertically or show a hierarchy were sub elements are indented. That is to say the Site Title should share a verical axis with the elements below or be set slightly to the left of the the elements below.

I do like it. It reminds me of my iGoogle home page.

Pretty cool. I never would have thought to do an animation like that with Javascript. Would have used Flash to do it, similar to this tute

That's pretty neat, especially considering it's js.
Better sprites for the clouds with a 10-20% opacity black dropshadow would be the only thing to make it better imo.

Well,
I really like it. Its really well designed.
If you wouldn't mind, could I make a template out of this?

I would give credit to you, of course.
