Anyone Know What Runs this Site?

I'm assuming this is the right place to post this in.

I'm looking to create a site similar to warcraftpets.com (not the same content, just the same format)

Does anyone know if this site is running an out of the box or available script/CMS or do you think it's custom?

I don't see anything that identifies it as a CMS, but that doesn't mean it's not. There are many ASP (not to be confused with ASP.NET) managements systems - A lot of open-source projects, some pay-for systems. Of the pay-for variety, most a very cheap because the platform is a bit antiquated.
