Over 2 million results for ASP vs PHP and over 2 million results for php vs asp. Did you really need to ask this?

I just want to know to the expert which is the best 'cause both of them is good but i want to know their limitations

I guess that was my point. With over four million results between the two links I posted above you seriously couldn't find the answer to your own question?

There is no "best" between the two. They are two different programming languages that do essentially the same thing. ASP works best on Windows platforms and works conjointly with the .NET frame work. PHP is open source and was designed to be the ASP counterpart for the Linux platform.

You can accomplish the same things with either one. If you are looking for cheap go with PHP -- it's free. In terms of speed, you'll never notice the difference.
