Well, provided you already know your way around code, I think the best way to learn how to use Dreamweaver is to just use it. The more you mess with it, the more you'll learn. Also, I found the manual a pretty handy source of information - I'd recommend at least flipping through it.

Other than that, I'd check out Adobe.com if you haven't already done so. They've got plenty of information floating around their website, both in the knowledge bases and communities.

You may also consider joining a discussion group, such as the Dreamweaver Web Developer Community group at Yahoo! groups. It's a fairly active community (around 200 new messages a week) so there is plenty of opportunity there to learn.
