Hi guys,

Was thinking what the best and cleanest way to add caption text to images is.
Discussion really is between: tables, css, and scripting.

What have you found the best to work with?

what do you mean add a caption? like adding one at the bottom of an image? I'd probably use a div and then just add the text and the image inside the div ...
Let's leave all our *plum* where it is and go live in the jungle ...

For single images a div with a break work fine.
When doing about a 3x3 with images/captions, you can float the divs or use table to present it in a grid format. Some even believe to use lists or definition lists.

Which do you use and prefer? I have used tables to line up the text but I am looking for the least, cleanest code to do such.
