Birthday Song on my website?

Does anyone know if I have to pay royalties for playing the birthday song on my website? I need some kind of birthday song on my site and I heard that I have to pay some ridiculous royalties for the use of the good old birthday song. I did find another song online called Glad You Were Born Today, kind of cool, but I don't know if I can use that one either. Anyone know anything about this?
