Can someone create a page for me

hey guys i just got an unlimited bandwith and space hoster and i was wondering if someone could make me a layout that i could add text to and stuff like that ??

the connection is that it can be as big as anyone needs it but i would want one i dont need it and im only 13 so i couldnt pay sry

The reason I asked how much you were willing to pay was due to the fact that people won't generally be willing to give up their time to design a custom template/layout for you. People don't mind helping if you get stuck, but generally won't do everything for you.

Agreed - you'll get so much more sense of achievement if you learn to design it yourself.

As other users told you, nobody will make a custom web design for you if he doesn’t earn anything. You can try to use a free template, but of course you must know how to customize it. You can search on Google for free templates.
