Every now and then, I can't view the website I made, for some reason. And sometimes others can view it while I can't, and vice versa. The domain is bought from godaddy. What is wrong here?

The browser could not find the host server for the provided address.
* Did you make a mistake when typing the domain? (e.g. "ww.mozilla.org" instead of "www.mozilla.org")
* Are you certain this domain address exists? Its registration may have expired.
* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check your network connection and DNS server settings.
* Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.

sounds like your internet connection is the issue and not the website, host or domain name.
If at first you don't succeed F1... If that doesn't work try Google!

It's because there's a hiccup between the DNS server your ISP has you going to, and the rest of the internet most likely. The only way you would be able to make a difference is switching the ISP you connect to the internet from and hope the new one is better.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.

you could change your dns servers to opendns if your isp's ones are bad.

lol, I think he means he just viewed the site and found it with no problem.
However the problem is still there. Right now, I can view it but my friend 4-5 miles away from here can't, and I doubt everyone who visit has something wrong with their dns, lol.
