Hi guys,
I'm building this website. I want everything on the page to be centered on the screen, and the size of the images have to be according to the screen size / resolution... Is that possible?

Not really, but you are making a lot of assumptions re padding, margins, that the images are not inside a fixed div or frame, etc.
Ideally the_torst should post his/her code and someone can then provide a specific answer. The original post was so vague it is a waste of time anyone answering as we have no idea how the website is being produced. Bottom-line is, it is possible but it has been discussed on here (Ozzu) before many many times...
