How can i center a background image or tracing image?

I use Dreamweaver MX BTW.

please remove or change your footer image to comply with our rules,
which are stated in the Announcements board. Footer images should be
no larger that 6kb. Thanks.

as for your question, Please be more specific as to what you need.

Not sure this is what you needed but you might to accomplish this with CSS, like so:
