Im creating a website. and it has a shopping cart attached.

When the customer adds an item the shopping cart they will have the option to remove the item by clicking the REMOVE button.

my question is. is there a way to change the color of the remove button... i want it to be purple (#520c80) and its not working for me

This is what i have so far. and i don't know where to put the code to change the button color
'
<input type=button value=remove onClick=remProduct(\"prod" + i +"\")>it removes items from the cart. thats not a problem everything works except for trying to make the button a different color.

Please help

Use a style sheet or inline CSS rules.

Add an attribute to the button,
Code: [ Select ]
style="color: white; background: #FF0000; border: 2px outset black;"

This will give the button white text with a red background and a black border.

CSS is useful; therefore I suggest learning its basics sometime in the coming future.
