Basically I want to replace the standard button (the grey boxed ugly thing!) with one of my own buttons I have designed...

perhaps try something like this in your form:

Code: [ Select ]
<input type="image" src="yourbutton.gif" border="0">


if that doesn't work, show us your form to see how it should fit in.
