Hi,
I suspect I'm being dense here but I can't seem to change the title on any page made from a template in Dreamweaver (Modify/Page Properties/Title). I can change it on the template but then all pages made from it have the same title. I even tried making the entire page editable (just out of curiosity) to see if that helped but it didn't.

I must be able to give all the individual pages, made from one template, different titles, surely. What am I doing wrong????

Any ideas?

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong, but editing the <title> tage in your html should do the trick for you, even if dreamweaver won't display the change for some reason. just fine the following code towards the top of your html code

Code: [ Select ]
<title>my title</title>

you should be able to change it to whatever you want.

Hi,
nope, that doesn't work. I think it's something to do with the regions I've made editable. If I change those, I can then modify the page title in evey page made from the template; unchanged, I can only modify the title in the template itself, not the pages made from it.

I'l just redo the editable sections.
