Code to open movie files in media player?

Ok I need for on my site I am making an html page for people to watch my movies but I do not want them downloading them. How would I make it so they can only click on it and it opens in their windows media player?

Yeah well I figured out how got a program running that when you click it it opens in a media player what ever one your using. So people can watch my movies like dawn of the dead, secret window and more.
