Collecting information via forms

I work for a company that produces yearbooks for school.

I am looking for away to collect information from the school kids in a secure way: eg. Name, Age, Nickname, Next career move.

However I need this information to be easily editable for the designers who work here. eg.

Name Jeff Bloggs
Age 16
Nickname Jazzy Jeff
Career moves: A Pilot

This information needs to be in a single text block so it can be edited, the fonts need to be different from the titles

Does anyone have any good ideas how this cn be done

I'm currently thinking either forms or a forum??

Ideas would be appreciated

A form, a scripting language (php), and a database (mysql) would be the ideal solution. It wouldn't be too hard and editing would be a breeze.
