I concur (I always wanted to say that :D)

First impressions was "oh, anime". The foreign writing didn't hurt, either ;)
The Japanese culture is inherently more colourful than it's western counterparts, and I'd be in agreement with ATNO if it was - the site would look horrible if it was anything else.

I think you should keep it bright and bubbly.

I'll work on the pictures later. I have to enhance some of the core parts first(uploading system and others. . . .) modify modify . . . .
