Column border problem

I have a problem where the border goes too far... I can't manage to fix that in any way...

To see it in action, go to my rules topic on my site and scroll down until you have reached the end of the topic... there you would see a white border over the yellow one at the bottom... I know that means that the div is too big, but making a margin on that div doesn't make a difference.

Any help as to fixing the problem would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Have you tried setting the overflow on #p2 to auto?

That doesn't work... I've tried a lot of stuff and none of them don't work... margins and paddings are ignored (even if you put !important after it), I don't know what will work...

Fixed it, the class .postprofile had a top margin bringing it down about 5 pixels...
