hi i want the main table of my site to change its content using a external file . so i can edit the menu and other things not on the main table and it changes it on all my pages. is this possible and whats the best way to do it . also how do i make the links open in the main table. dose this make sence . lookin at the site in progress might help . http://www.mynad.tk
