CSS problem -- header color

I want the a:hover color on the post title to be green, #4fad16. However, it's coming out as an orange, #a0410d. I removed all references in the stylesheet to the orange color, and I'm stumped. I've also used Firefox's Web Developer tool to pull up the relevant CSS, and I see no reference to the orange.

Did you clear the cache?

CTRL + F5

Yea, I tried that -- and looking at the site on a different computer.

clear browser and clean disk(if windows)

could also try another browser.
