Could somebody explain, how I could change design of Guestbook to mine like this:

Even Bravenet allow to do my own design for guestbook

Edit the .tem files that come with the guestbook script. Those are all the template files that allow you to get the guestbook to look exactly like you want. The majority of the .tem files are pure HTML, but there area few variables that are used in them so that the script knows where to insert data. There is a manual here which attempts to explain some things too, I am not sure if you read it, but you might if you have not:

I have already done before reading your answer. I have fit all templates to my design and I am very pleased with it. It was quite easy.

Only I am dissapointed and do not know how to arrange that service would inform me when somebody sign my guestbook.

With old Guestbook Perl scripts I had it.
I wpoud appreciate your help very much

Maybe I will include some code in a future version to notify by email when someone signs the guestbook. I will post here again when I ever write that into the script.
