What I would like is a system that holds article, KB articles if you like, in a way similar to that of Microsoft's KB.
I want to be able to write articles, search on them and have results displayed in a pre-formatted manner, with, for example, the document title linked to the actual document itself
What is the best way to go about it? Are there any good articles that anybody knows of that would describe how to set up something like this?
Is it a job for XML perhaps?

I would appreciate any advice
