Dreamweaver image save??

Does dreamweaver always save images to the site root folder. If how can I change that. I would rather images be saved in my folder called images.

You have to create a new folder, and name it as Image. While you save, you have to make sure that the path is to the folder "Image" you have just created. e.g.

"Image/me.jpg"

what I usually try and do (when I use dreamweaver) is to create an image folder underneath the root and add my images in there and only then do I add them inside the site and that way they are in the images folder ...

Unless I'm missing something here...

Dreamweaver doesn't save images at all; it only links to them. Where you decide to place them is up to you. As long as you link to the correct path, they'll show up find in the rendered HTML.
