Dreamweaver rollover image

So I've made two states of button states for my links on my webpage. One is a normal state, the other is a rollover state. I've managed to use the rollover image function that dreamweaver offers quite effectively, but what I would like to do is when my link is clicked, the rollover image stays static, rather than going away. For example, if I were to rollover my "About" page, it would underline, and when I clicked on it, and was redirected to the page, the underline stayed showing which page you were on.

I'm working in Dreamweaver CS3 and i'm relatively unfamiliar with code. Is there a simple or easy resolution for this?
